Worldgroup Knowledgebase. 
The Worldgroup Knowledgebase is an online searchable support database, and is available to all registered Worldgroup sysops.  You must have an account signed up on our system to access it.  Click here to access the knowledgebase

Free Support.
Worldgroupware.com provides free technical support for Worldgroup to our customers via our online system.  Updates and patches to Worldgroup are available in our file library, and we have established online forums and FAQs which will allow most users to find the answers to common questions.  Additionally, new Worldgroup customers will also receive 30-days of free installation support.

Per-Incident Support.
For those users that cannot find a solution to a problem on their own, Worldgroupware offers "per-incident" support at a rate of $75 per hour.
This support is available for registered Worldgroup users only - you will be required to give your registration number to the support engineer at the time you ask for assistance.

Advanced Support.
Our advanced support consists of assigning an engineer to monitor your system. We’ll maintain a database of your system to stay right on top of your needs, and armed with this knowledge, we’ll be able to remotely access your server to give you hands-on help when you need it. We’ll also notify you of all significant software updates as they become available.
